Asif Niaz Khan is a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, United Kingdom. He completed his LL.B. (Hons) and the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) from City University of London, UK. Since being called to the Bar, he has been an integral part of FM Associates, currently serving as the Principal Associate of the firm.
Mr. Khan has been in active legal practice since 2018 and has garnered substantial experience in a broad range of legal domains, including civil litigation, company and corporate law, labour and employment law, and shipping and aviation law. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in matters pending before the subordinate courts and the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, contributing to both contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
